Questions
Why are my printed labels the wrong size?
The printer is scaling the page. In the print dialog choose "Actual size" or "100%", not "Fit to page". Print the test page and measure the 100 mm ruler to check.
Sheets or label roll?
Choose sheets for office printers and ready-cut label sheets (A4 or US Letter). Choose label roll for thermal label printers: each PDF page is exactly one label.
How do I match my label sheet?
Use the margins, gaps, columns and rows printed on the sheet's packaging or template, then print one page on plain paper and hold it against a sheet to check.
Are these labels compliant for pharmacy or retail?
No. The layouts are general-purpose. Regulated labels have rules about content, size and wording that this tool does not check.
Which label sizes can I use?
Presets for 38 × 25, 50 × 25, 75 × 50, 100 × 50 and 100 × 150 mm, or any custom size from 15 to 200 mm wide and 15 to 280 mm tall.
How many labels can I make at once?
Up to 1,000 labels per PDF. For more, make several PDFs.
Is anything uploaded?
