These terms apply to your use of QR Creator (qrcreator.online, "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. The service

QR Creator provides free online tools for creating QR codes, barcodes and labels. No account is required. The tools run in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

2. Your use of the tools

• You may use the tools and the codes, labels and files you create for personal and business purposes, free of charge.
• You are responsible for the content you put into codes and labels, and for making sure you have the right to use it.
• You must not use the website to create codes or labels that link to or contain unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading content, or that infringe anyone's rights.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.

3. Product numbers and labelling rules

The tools draw barcodes for numbers you supply. They do not issue Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs) or any other official identifier. If you sell through retailers or marketplaces, you are responsible for obtaining valid numbers, for example from your national GS1 organisation. The label layouts are general-purpose: they are not checked against pharmaceutical, food, retail or any other labelling regulations, and you are responsible for the content and compliance of your labels.

4. Check before you print

Scanning results depend on printers, materials, sizes and scanners that we do not control. Always print at 100% (actual size) and scan a test print before printing in quantity.

5. No warranty

The website and tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or of codes, labels or files created with it, including misprints, unreadable codes, wasted materials, lost sales or business interruption.

7. Intellectual property

You own the content you enter and the codes, labels and files you create. The website's design, text and software belong to QR Creator or its licensors and may not be copied except as allowed by law.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, and update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
