Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information QR Creator (qrcreator.online, "we") handles when you use the website, and your rights. In short: the tools work entirely in your browser, nothing you type or upload is sent to us, and the site uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising.

1. What you enter into the tools stays on your device

The QR Code Generator, Barcode Generator, Sequential Barcode Generator, Bulk Barcode Generator and Label Maker run in your web browser. Links, text, Wi-Fi network names and passwords, contact details, barcode values, spreadsheets, logos and the files you download are processed on your own device. They are not sent to our server, not stored by us and not shared with anyone.

2. Information stored in your browser

• Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is remembered next time. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device.
• Passing codes between tools: when you use "Send to Label Maker", "Make labels" or "More options", the code is placed in your browser's session storage so the next page can use it. It stays in that browser tab and is deleted when you close the tab.

We do not use cookies.

3. Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical information when pages are requested: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults, and is kept for a limited period. These logs never contain anything you enter into the tools, because that information is not sent to the server.

4. Analytics and advertising

The site does not currently use analytics, tracking or advertising. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics or advertising in future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it (for example for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), ask for your consent first.

5. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then delete it.

6. Who processes your information

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which operates the servers that deliver the pages and keep the server logs described above. Fonts and all other files are served from our own website; pages do not load content from other companies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you and to raise a complaint. Because the tools do not send us your data, the only personal data we may hold is in server logs and emails you send us. To exercise your rights or raise a grievance, email hello@nexaitsolutions.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and its pages block scripts from other websites.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
